GUMBO for the Gulf, 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2010
Price: $40 per person

Details:  Join Chef Corbin Evans for a hands-on cooking class to benefit the White Boot Brigade of the Gulf Coast. Former Chef/Owner of 2 New Orleans restaurants, pre-Katrina, and a long-standing culinary activist Chef Corbin will be teaching the techniques of Gumbo, Jambalaya and Bananas Foster along with a few surprise Langniappes! $40 per person to be donated to a group of shrimpers in need during the current situation along the Gulf Coast.
